Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom products, perishable goods, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable items. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

For the fastest service, return the item you have and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
